The Community Involvement Growth Strategy, Inc. (C.I.G.S. Inc.) has placed special focus on community-based economic development that capitalizes on the benefits of social entrepreneurship by developing the NEXT Steps Youth Entrepreneur Program. 

Business Management Skills.

NEXT Steps is positioned to become a governing body of one of the largest youth business development associations in the Metro Atlanta Area.  By developing their own programs and promotions, NEXT Steps offers real-time instruction and business plan development skills to young entrepreneurs interested in pursing careers in multiple industries.

Event Management Skills.

For greater impact and better measurable results, each NEXT Steps member will help research, plan, design, coordinate, and evaluate customized workshops and entertainment-based special events that meet the needs of their host organizations.  These development activities will encourage self-discipline, self-determination, self-motivation and self-progression.  They will also define a sense of commitment towards the betterment of their communities and increase their appreciation of the rich resources within them.
